Terms
Last updated: 3 October 2026 Plain-language terms, not legal advice, and not yet reviewed by a lawyer.
Who we are
Snello is the trading name of Foysal, based in Italy. Snello is not a registered company and has no VAT number.
What we offer (scope)
Snello offers the four service lines described on the Services page: AI & automation, internal tools & prototypes, data, analytics & ML evaluation, and R&D & technical writing, each with the limits stated on its page. We do not offer hosting, service-level agreements, 24/7 support, security audits or regulatory sign-off.
From proposal to agreement
- The free feasibility check creates no obligation for either side.
- We send a written proposal with scope, deliverables and delivery date.
- Work starts only after we both accept a written agreement based on that proposal. The agreement takes precedence over this page.
- We do not guarantee any accuracy level. We report what we measure on your material.
Who owns the code
You own the code we deliver to you, once it has been paid for, unless the written agreement says otherwise. Open-source components we use keep their own licences, which we list in the handover.
Using this website (acceptable use)
You may read, link to and share this website. Please do not try to break, overload or scan it for weaknesses, copy it to pass it off as your own, or use it to send us unlawful material. Do not send us documents you are not allowed to share.
This website's content
- The content is for general information. We try to keep it accurate, but it may contain errors or become out of date.
- Numbers on this site come from our own demos on synthetic data, with dates. They do not predict results on your documents.
- Logos, text and design on this site belong to Snello unless stated otherwise. Stock images and videos are used under their own licences (credited in the site's media credits). Linked open-source projects keep their own licences.
Liability
We work carefully, but this website is provided as it is. Liability for a project is set out in its written agreement, within the limits allowed by law. Nothing on this page limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Your consumer rights
If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms removes or limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
Applicable law
Italian law applies, without affecting any mandatory rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
